I've been playing trombone for 36 years, professionally (if you can call being an Army bandsman professional) for 21 years or so. Naturally, I play baritone in corps. BennyASU Posted June 1, 2002 Share Posted June 1, 2002 I remember way back to 4th grade and i couldnt decide between sax and trumpet. Then the jr high band came and played for us and they played the Simpsons theme song. The saxes have a really cool part in that song, so i made up my mind right there :D And NO i dont regret choosing a woodwind at all! i just regret not starting to learn brass sooner <_< But now i play bari too, i love the deep, dark, full sound of a good bari line.
