I really can't think of the "greatest" drumline. I relaly don't think theres such a thing. Every good line attributes to their own style and musicianship, so every year I have a few off my favorite lines for different things. Last year I liked Cadets for just how clean and together they played, BD for how bad a## they were, Santa Clara for how intense they played, although every corps has their share of that. I could go on all day with this.

My vote goes to '75 SCV, but I'm partial cause I got to watch them every single day that summer.

I'll never forget the snare line would line up after every rehearsal on tour and march a one mile roll. I guess you could say they had chops!

Does any line do this kind of stuff anymore?

Scott Johnson himself told me that is the badest drumline ever.

I got to see them a few times that year since i was in BDB and boy what a line.

Scott said the other line next to them is 99 BD.

87 Garfield?? They didn't play jack S***!!!!!

yea and then you have the 87 BD line who pretty much swept individuals but since they dared play music by Zappa they got robbed by Kennedy!!!

don't even mention 87 Cadets. <**>
