dmfootworks
Anyone heard what the line at Madison will be like?I'm curious to see what the new drum staff has in mind. Would also like to know if Madison is still with Yamaha.
tamadrummer04
I just found out that Blue Devils will be marching 8,4, and 5 this year. I am not sure about how many vets are in the snare line, but I know that the 4 tenor players are the same 4 that they marched in 2003. Actually... both of you guys heard some wrong things. - Yes, the line size is 8-4-5 - There are 7 vets in the snare line, 1 new rookie - There are 3 Tenor vets, the guy on the end next to Tim Jackson did not come back this year (for unknown reasons) and a rookie took that spot. - In the bassline, there are 3 vets (bass 4, Marco, Marched bass 4 in 2001, but took 2 years off, and is returning this year). And the bottom bass from last year (Phil) decided not to come back for personal reasons, this would have been his age-out year. Hope this helps to clear a few things up... And also... make sure to watch out for us this year. We will not aim to dissapoint You know Kit? (i would assume...)
JBlade00
Kit from Momentum? Ya I know him He was down there trying out for Bass 1, cool guy. He decided to go to Cascades this year and play snare which is pretty cool. I wish those guys the best of luck this year. ~Jon
