Corps Organizations

I started this last season, and it was pretty fun to see how everyone organizes their corps info. Here's a little of how I do it (click images to enlarge):

First I compiled my tour schedules in this list. This is so that all five of my corps have shows spread out. Basically I have one div 1 corps competing every day, and one div 2/3 corps competing every day.

Then I made individual spreadsheets for each of my corps. In here I keep track of all my show placements, all the caption scores, and my captions.

Now for the season stats, I first enter everyone's daily scores into a spreadsheet:

Then, for my ease, i've compiled a template which references the scores from the first spreadsheet, and all I have to do is go through and sort the scores, copy and paste into the thread:
