sburstall
1) Each corps cannot use more than the allotted points per division. All division: 95 pts. 2) Directors are allowed no more than 2 corps. 3) The captions are the ones that will be used during the 2004 DCA season. The captions are as follow (please put email them in this order): Effect Visual: Effect Music: Visual Field: Visual Ensemble: Visual Colorguard: Field Percussion: Ensemble Percussion: Field Brass: Ensemble Brass: 4) The value for each caption is based on the final spot that the corps finished at the 2004 DCA Championships. As you can see Impulse is a Do Not Use corps since they only performed at DCA Finals. The line fitting would cause problems since there are only 2 data points (I don't think anybody here wants to have negative caption scores. :P ) The value for each caption is as follows (Final caption scores were added): Cost Corps/Year.............Key.......GEVis GEMus VFld. sburstall
I'm going to leave this open because I need input on this. What I created seems reasonable. Just need some people to create some seniors corps to see it 90 is more than enough. I personally think it is after thinking about it last night. Galen
Steve, what are you expecting/looking for in terms of high scores? So far, I've gotten close to 89 using 90 points (after about a half-hour of working captions)
sburstall
Low to Mid 90s. Just like the juniors.
Galen
Steve, are you going to incorporate scores from DCA finals into this rundown? The ones you have up are from prelims only.

elementwrx
Saw your post in the other thread about divisions - so we don't have to specify divisions to submit, or what? Edited February 11, 2005 by elementwrx
DCIjazzsoul
This may seem really stupid but what are we using in the way of a touring schedule? Edited February 12, 2005 by DCIjazzsoul

sburstall
Steve, are you going to incorporate scores from DCA finals into this rundown? The ones you have up are from prelims only. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The Top 12 are from Finals. I'll have to double-check and see what I did. I've had a lot on my mind this past week. As for touring. It won't be like DCI. A lot of Fri/Sat/Sun shows with an occasional Wed. thrown in. Remember, DCA corps don't tour like the juniors because of responsibilites of members.
