SCV Blue Knights Glassmen Spirit of JSU I personally don't see it happening....BAC is too strong I think. I've noticed an odd trend with SCV's scores, they seem to be progressing at a much slower pace than usual, like they aren't improving as much as they need to? Weren't they up by 2 points just last week? As for XMen, from hearing them live in the preseason, I figured they might not be a lock for finals. But, I wouldn't count them out yet, in Magic in '03 we were 13th at the SA show, but, ended up in finals, so there's still plenty of time. PeeWee Posted July 23, 2005 Share Posted July 23, 2005 Barring the fact that we can't see a video clip of the Blue Knights performance, I thought the Vanguard's was pheonominal!!! ^OO^ Their hornline, drumline, and colorguard all seem to be tearing it up! They have great music and a great sound. And their drill isn't that bad either (remember, I'm comparing it to the other afternoon performances). Guess we'll have to wait and compare the video snippets for tonight, but I definitely think the Vanguard had the best show of the afternoon. GO VANGUAAARD!!! If I remember correctly, Glassmen were in the night show because they placed top 8 the previous year, when in reality, they were the 13th place corps to that point in time, making Magic the 12th place corps but having to perform in the afternoon show. The high Spirit score might be because they went on after Mandarins and Colts ?? there score will be a 77 tonight. dont count out crossmen yet. as for SPIRIT best of luck to you . good job.
