Bond624
Barbara Maroney....possibly the greatest soloist in Cadets' loooong history...but she wasn't a soloist in 85, having aged out in 84.Do a search for her name....plenty of glowing (and WELL deserved) praise for her work. She was awesome and Very nice.
84BDsop
The Madison soloist in Soup in '83 was Ira Arenson he was screaming with Shaun at the end. He soloed for Guardsmen before coming to Madison in '83. Equally impressive in Soup in '83 was Rich Labrizzi (spelling?) He did the intro right before shaun did his scream thing. That chart was just chock full of solo goodness, wasn't it?? I think Owens ended up calling every dog in Miami with the note at the end of Labrizzi's cadenza... madalumni
MacArthur Park 75 Scouts? That would be Chris Metzger (Forbes). One of the gods of Madison soloists. Hopefully, he, Shaun Owens, and Jon Schipper will join us for the Reunion Corps!

leadsop97
Bari soloist Madison 99? Such a sweet sound. Flugel Soloist Cavies 04? Probably the defining moment of div I in 2004 for me. One of the very few things I actually enjoyed.
drumcorps4ever
That would be Jim McFarland on sop(Renegades brass caption head) and Ron Mesa on mellophone(he plays professionally down in the L.A. area). OK...........I nominate YOU for 1980 BD...........particularly Pegasus and Dindi..........:)
