DO NOT under estimate Blue Stars. They had a solid show last year in Division II, and now they have improved their staff, GREATLY in, IMO. Those that look over them might miss them go by.

I'm not saying the Stars can't do it. I just prefer to wait and see. I've heard stuff like what you're saying far too often. So best of luck to them.

Its hard to tell because the corps from like 15th through 21st seem to be at the same level, anyone can jump up and surprise the drum corps world.
