I saw bones for the first time live as a fan last summer and I almost DIED. It was by far the COOLEST thing I've ever seen.

I even got the great privliage of explaning him to a lady sitting next to me.....it was way fun.

We saw him at Finals in '04...barely saw him since the distance was so large from us to him

My dad pointed him out to me....I'm still trying to figure out how Dad even knew about this...

The rest of my family doesn't exactly follow the activity to the extent that I do

I can tell you that the drumline did not like putting on that make-up. It was something Ralph Pace threw in at the last minute. However it did give the corps an erie effect!

Like Gary said, the face painting had nothing to do with the mystic behind Bones first appearence.

What happened to Ralph Pace?

What happened to Ralph Pace?

Ralph is still out there and involved in the activity. He is a consultant for judging clinics in various circuits in the east. I think he may now live in NJ......

I remember when he used to write for 27th Lancers and had this guy named George Zingali helping him out...........

Ralph was in Bensalem at the Alumni tent where we made the Hall of Fame announcements for 2006. He was there to support the new inductees.

From what I understand he owns an antique shop in Philly or NY area.
