Actually, my favorite Sr. drum corps season I have heard (which I must admit is quite limited) was Renegades when they did Mambo, Grovers Corners, and OMT Chuck (North) Korea :P - it's what got me jazzed up to join Senior corps in first place. Balls out, in your face, screw the score, just make it loud, drum corps. I LOVED it!

I love this thread, accuracy be marshmallowed. As I'm supposed to be objective with some on the hats I wear, I ainta gonna reveal my votes. Of course, if the #### Feds ever demand to see DCP files, then my votes may be revealed, but that couldn't happen in a free democracy.

For Alumni, I am a life member of the Syracuse Brigadiers Alumni who are missing from the list and did not get to vote for my true favorite:

I love what they do because I can remember watching them in the 50's and they remain very well tied to their roots. You see, there really has been a tremendous variety in style of drum corps and the Alumni movement gives us the opportunity to relive all these styles and be entertained by each separately while not being "bothered" by questions like "Who's better?" or "Who would score higher?"

Alumni corps throw out the cookie cutter image and remember what they were...

I say - Who cares who would have scored higher? Just appreciate what they are doing and be entertained...

With these two corps not represented on the list, I bet everyone can now figure which Canadian corps on the list I did vote for.
