euphguy Posted July 17, 2006 Share Posted July 17, 2006 (edited) I like how alot of people think Spartans are gona be second...They closed the gap to Acadamy at the wildwood show by 2 points... and with diff west to east coast judges i think it will be spartans and AA fighting for first...and then ECJ and OC fighting for second umm, Academy also hasn't had a show since what, the 9th of July? calz Posted July 17, 2006 Share Posted July 17, 2006 Not to be biased on the topic, but along with the Spartans, BDB has broken 80 and closed the gap to AA (i think ECJ did also) and OC hasnt had much competition, but dci hasnt posted the lastest scores... They've proven for the last 3 years that they're a force to be reckoned with in Division 2. I just don't see this year being any different. ECJ's looking pretty good, also. OC hasn't had a show for a while either, I've heard AA is AMAZING, and I don't really know too much about any other corps, besides OC. timpfan Posted July 21, 2006 Share Posted July 21, 2006 The stuff about east coast/west coast scores is rediculous. Just wait until everyone gets on the same field. Many corps have closed the gap of AA. Spartans, ECJ, OC and BDB all have a legitimate run. Look at the caption scores and see how often BDB and AA are 1 or 2. This coming Wednesday, OC travels to Modesto, CA and will face SCVC and BDB for the first time this year. I saw BDB and SCVC in Sunnyvale last week and both have come a long way. So those of you who think it's AA and everyone else, think again. Those of you who think any of the rest are a clear favorite, think again. This puppy's more wide open than any of us really know.
