MikeM
IMO Cabs should have won the show. Review to follow. My notes are in the car, and I'm too lazy to go get them. Special Awards: Drum Major: Bush Brass: Bush Percussion: Cabs Guard: Bush Honor Guard: Hurcs "Most Entertaining": CorpsVets I had a happy evening. Fran Haring
OK.... back at my "home away from home" in central NJ (not crazy enough to drive all the way back down to Baltimore after a long day driving up!), borrowing my sister's and brother-in-law's computer to post a few (very few) thoughts: Relatively small stadium in Dover, but it was full of paying customers. Always good to see that. My thanks to the folks from the Skyliners for their assistance at the show. Nice to see Cozy Baker in the ranks with the CorpsVets... dude can still get it done on soprano! Hats off to the Bushwackers.... what a hornline. Wow. Rest of the corps not too shabby, either. :P Add them to the DCA title chase this year. After sitting this one out in favor of lunch with some of her fellow Clay Aiken fans in Baltimore, Barbara rejoins the Haring family tour next Saturday.... in Harrisburg, PA. Bucs, Bush and Cabs doing battle at the top, Hurcs and Sky looking to pick up some momentum. Should be a good night. Fran
