Posted July 27, 2006 Share Posted July 27, 2006 (edited) Yeah, I worked at the Saint Peters show tonight(last night technically)...my alma mater.......we had an awesome turnout and i believe we sold out......thanks to all the corps that came and also the fans, it wouldn't happen without the fans.......and the Cadets did an awesome job btw, raised their top score by i believe around 2 points, but i really enjoyed all the corps, and i had never heard the Blue Stars before tonight, and they sounded terrific! B) *Edit*- i forgot to also mention, i really dislike the vocals, it turned me away, but the Cadets' brass sounded amazing, and they also did an encore where they stood and played Philip Bliss and such, and they also stood with the Capital Regiment and played that Shaker Melody thing together that everyone always plays as a mass performance Edited July 27, 2006 by A.J. Great stuff!!! its actually a yahoo groups thing that you can subscribe to, if you see at the top the email. he sends out an update season long, just about daily.. he does awesome work.. its all free. PLUS ..... similar weighted and un-weighted scores for all Div I, II, and III corps. The Caption Ranking System also provides Head-to-Head matchups, Weighted Scores comparisons, Corps Scoring Histories, and Highest Scores by caption - for all DCI corps. We've also added a feature this year that allows you to select data from 2003, 2004, and 2005 - as well as the current year.
