drewbugler Posted January 10, 2003 Share Posted January 10, 2003 Being my rookie year, I think I loved just about every show I saw......but a few stuck out...Cadets......the whole show, especially Moondance and Vide Cor Meum Cavaliers.....groove/rap section SCV......the new era chant and the ballad. Glassmen....the fluegal horn solo and Pampeana No. 3 Phantom.....the whole show.....geez that hit at the beginning of Festive, wow. And my own show of course, Carolina Crown I loved every show (except Boston, don't ask why.....they never do anything for me) but those parts just stuck out. I loved their opener, where everything was nice and quiet from the pit and then all of a sudden....WHAM!!! And let's not forget Madison Scouts and their cymbals tossing skills. Four Corners is actually one of my favorite shows of all time. I know its not near the most quality show, I just find it one of the most enjoyable. Which was the corps that had the show based on raw materials or something like that? They had wood, water, ruber, metal, or something like that. I remember that was really cool.
