FlamMan
Wow...many of these guys were involved in the alumni project. Thank God the Scouts will be back to edge of your seat, on your feet, rip your face off drum corp!

walshinsurance
Oh, and you forgot about the front line/pit person....a monster percussionist as well! Agreed, if viewed from a short-term perspective. Regardless, if I was a veteran Scouts drummer, I'd feel pretty comfortable considering:The Executive Director is a monster drummer. The Percussion Arranger is a monster drummer. The Visual Designer is a drummer - drum staff of Crown in 2001, if I recall correctly, and, oh yeah . . . Chris Theo, a legendary percussion arranger/instructor is a creative consultant. Sounds like drummer heaven to me. Scary.
RJM
Was John Georgeson the baritone soloist for God Bless the Child, the Scouts' '74 concert piece? If so, he's the bomb.

toddschultz
Well, they were not gone, and I did not mean to say that the Scouts have not been the Scouts, I should have said this is the first time in quite a while where I feel the Scouts have all the bases covered in terms of design and I am sure instruction. Personally, I can not say that over a few of the last seasons. Just my opinion.

madalumni
Taras and Chad look no different than they did 20 years ago. Chad still looks young and Taras still has the grey hair on the sides. :P
