CorpsBuff
Something like a "Glory Years" DVD. Due to the different video companies that have covered DCA over the years makes this virtually impossible unless there were individual corps who had their own video recorders for finals. If this did exist what shows would you like to see on a DVD compilation I'd LOVE to see 2000-2003 Brigs. NEVER saw any of those shows, only heard the audio. Would love too see them but at 100 bucks a pop PER YEAR for some of those championship dvds It will probably not happen. Corps probably have to sign off rights to these companies in order for them to sell their performances I suppose but I wish the individual corps would have some rights to sell their own performances on video, but I highly doubt this is the case. ravedodger
1992 Bush has to be on that DVD. Just heard it a couple months ago and fell in love with that sound.
Vagabond Skyliner
1992 Bush has to be on that DVD. Just heard it a couple months ago and fell in love with that sound. Some I would like to see and hear: 1960s The 1969 Yankee Rebels "Requim For an Era"! Saw that show twice. Once at the Dream in Jersey City, NJ and at Legion Nationals in Atlanta,GA. It brought the House Down in Both places. One of the First Total Theme shows. Archer Epler Musketeers of 1963 would be interesting. 1970s 1975 NYC Skyliners. I marched with the (Blessed Sacrament) "Golden Knights" Senior Corps that year and did not get to see the Full DCA Championship show that they Won! Also One from Rochester Pheonix and/or Rhode Island Matadors would add some Good memories of the '70s also 1980s Would have to be almost any year for the Long Island Sunrisers. Hulka
Seems like DCA could do what WGI has recently done where you can "make" your own DVD by choosing what performances you want on it. They'll make your custom DVD for a reasonable price.

Would be VERY nice!
kusankusho
So how about it? Sounds like a money maker to me..... I'd buy one.
Skylinersop16
Problem is the high quality videos come from the professionals. Some of them would be impossible to find now probably. I looked for the company from 1993-1996 and can't find them anywhere. I'm think Star video (1992) went out of business. I know Jackie and Charlie Haas have a website now with a lot of the very early DCA recordings for sale. It would probably be a matter of DCA being able to get rights for the recordings for starters. I just ordered the Sky DVD from 2002 and 2003 from BVP yesterday so they probably wouldn't be too willing to give up rights if they can still make money off of it.
