The Midwest corps want Finals in the Midwest. 4.) The Northeast corps want to be the only corps. Period. 5.) The state of New Jersey wants to place a limit on the number of all-age corps that can hold operations there. * The cities of Rochester, NY and Atlanta, GA fully support this proposal.
