Went with Scouts '92. Saw "City of Angels" on Broadway and immediately thought of Scouts. (I saw the Broadway show before Scouts announced they were playing it). Only orchestra I ever saw that played an encore after the cast took bows. There was a mob scene in front of the pit of people looking down and cheering!! Great score, and Scouts had great arrangements.

Cadets 95 - not so much a city show, but I love it

Otherwise, I'd probably go with Cadets 99

Edit: Bluecoats 02 would be way up there as well

There may be some dirt, but Cadets 99 is also one of the most ambitious shows I can think of - a LOT of difficulty in there (right there with the 97 show). My faborite era of shows from them though, 95-2001

I voted Bluecoats '95, which is a major departure for what I'm typically drawn to. The '95 Bluecoats show caught me off guard with how well the story line was presented - simple, straight-forward, and very effective. Great music and presentation, and an outstanding emotional tie-in. From the upbeat beginning, to the lows of the flag presentation, to the highs of the closer, a wonderful roller-coaster ride!

Also a soft spot for Suncoast Sound and Florida Suite.

New Era, New Era, New New New, New Era

Yeah man,

and Jug Blues and Fat Pickin' is sweet... oh yeah. My favorite show that year, in the top 5 or 6 in the 2000's
