kosovobill
First time I saw them was in Phantom's '81 show, Spartacus, in some solo work. Bill
jeff danchik
SoCal Dream used one in 2005 for the "whistling" parts of Kill Bill. Here's a picture of a very big man with a very little . . . um, er . . . horn: But, it was the Velvet Knights in 1976 that introduced the two-valve prototype: Yep that's one of them, just wondering how many were made
cabalumnidrummer
I believe Frank Ponzo of the Cabs used one in '95 in the solo in Malaguena.
Nespy
Freelancers used one in 1990 or 1991 (maybe both years?).

CozyChopsCom
I believe Frank Ponzo of the Cabs used one in '95 in the solo in Malaguena. Cincinnati Glory borrowed a 2-v picc to use in '99.

MiniSopGuy
Cant answer your question as to how many, but the one I used for Dream is a Dynasty with tuneable bell. Not enough adjustment to get the pitch down though. Just a tid bit for you, I saw one go for $1,150 on Ebay about 6 months ago. Perhaps a serial number comparison could help. Mine has D E G each in a circle above Dynasty in the bell hallmark and the serial number is 693X X is a number. I thought someone told me the Cavies used them once many moons ago. Maybe not. edited for more information Edited February 20, 2007 by MiniSopGuy
MiniSopGuy
Oh....and I was also told that someone used them with a white porcelain coating on the inside of the bell too.
