zachariaswmb
I brought two 24-packs fo water (wasn't enough for all of tour, but lasted awhile) and stuck them under my seat. Wow. How'd ya fir those under your seat?
brassdrumguard
2 in 1 shampoo is amazing!! Your not carrying around two huge things of hair care ... and if your like me, I double it as a body wash, sounds weird but really does work. Dont pack everything and the kitchen sink, my first year I bought 14 pairs of shorts for rehersal, only ended wearing like 4 of them, only pack MAX for a week, you can always wash your stuff in the showers. CroWnSoPrAnO
A problem i've been having is, after visual block, the muscles behind me knee really really hurt. I know this is just part of drumcorps, but does anyone have any remedies for this?
tboneloser22
Bring 2 of anything you will be punished for not having- 2 horn towels, two hats, 2 pairs of sunglasses. Be a real (wo)man, and leave mattresses and sleeping bags at home- shed the bulk, take a warm blanket and a pillow, and do not sleep on your shoulder. Einstein On The Beach
Don't drink your entire weight in soda and then pass out 3 times during rehearsals.

This is common among young marchers, especially if their corps uses a straight leg technique. More likely, however, is that you're just using a muscle group now which you've never really put to use before, and you're feeling it. Just make sure you stretch very thoroughly and you'll be fine. bishtom
for those who are flying in...dont forget about the new FAA rules reguarding liquids. buy when you get to the town you are meeting your corps, or you will wind up tossing a bunch at the airport. Tristan
Nah, if you throw all your stuff in your checked luggage, you're fine. The liquid ban only applies to carry-on luggage.
