sburstall
What they didn't mention is that the adjudication sheets were already filled out and from contests scheduled for THIS SUMMER.The mystery continues... ####, I was wondering who was to win in 2007. :( I expect these sheets to be on e-Bay in a couple weeks..... higherlouderfaster
I've never been to this before. Is there any guarantee that all of the shows won't be from the last 15 years? In past years, has there been any 70's and 80's shows? Can I bring my synthesizer and clarinet? (Just kidding on that one...don't get all bent out of shape.) Just wondering before I lay out 50 bucks to take my family to this thing. We are much more fans of the seventies and eighties DCI than later. (Not that 90's and later aren't good. We just prefer the older styles of shows. Once again...don't get all bent out of shape.)

I'm guessing most of the shows will be 90's and 2000's. Here's the list of the possible shows you will see. And since one corps can only be shown once (based on the rules) and there are 11 corps represented below you can take a guess who's going to be shown. 1 Cadets, 1 SCV, 1 BD, 1 Cavaliers, 1 Phantom, 1 Star, 1 Madison, and one of the other 4 single shows (based on the new hint on page one of DCP the corps from the 4 single performances will probably be the Bridgemen). 1975 Madison Scouts 1988 Madison Scouts 1995 Madison Scouts 1980 27th Lancers 1980 Bridgemen 1983 Garfield Cadets 1984 Garfield Cadets 1987 Garfield Cadets 2005 The Cadets 2000 The Cadets 1987 Santa Clara Vanguard 1989 Santa Clara Vanguard 1999 Santa Clara Vanguard 2004 Santa Clara Vanguard 1989 Phantom Regiment 1996 Phantom Regiment 2003 Phantom Regiment 2005 Phantom Regiment 2006 Phantom Regiment 1991 Star of Indiana 1993 Star of Indiana 1994 Blue Devils 2003 Blue Devils 1995 The Cavaliers 2000 The Cavaliers 2002 The Cavaliers 2004 The Cavaliers 2006 The Cavaliers 2001 Glassmen 2006 Carolina Crown Edited April 25, 2007 by bluecoats88

HOOKEDBYLEGEND78
Would it not be pretty safe to guess that there will be one show from each of the following corps (all have been successful for many years): BD, Cadets, Cavies, Madison, Phantom, SCV And that the remaining two corps should come from: 27th, Bridgemen, Spirit, Star, Suncoast, or VK? (Lesser possibilities of Sky Ryders, X-Men, Boston, etc.) Using the above as the choices to select from, I'll guess that we'll see (not necessarily my favorites, but my guesses at the results of the voting): ************************************* BD - 94 (other contenders would be 86, 99, or 03) Cadets - 00 (or possibly 05, 84, or 87) Cavies - 02 (or possibly 04, 06, or 95) Madison - 95 (maybe 88 or 99) Phantom - 06 (maybe 96, 89, 93, or 03) SCV - 99 / 04 toss-up (followed by 89 or 87) ************************************* Bridgemen - 80 Star - 93 ************************************* Anyone else want to take a guess? marshamello
Does anyone know what year that Cadets picture is from?? Based on the guard outfits, its' either 1986 (On The Waterfront) or sometime before 1983. I can recall all the guard outfits since 1983 and the only year since then that they were an all girl guard and wore the corps uniform with white skirts was 1986. 2CoolVK
I think there are very blatent clues on the front page of DCP. Read the letter from the DCI Executive Director and look at the list of corps.
