C.Holland
Yea, but that age limit is....flexible... Its the weekend only format, as well as the available regional shows that works really well for them. Open class shows are far more scattered across the states. N.E. Brigand
Westchester Brassmen. Awesome corps that does not compete. But they come to shows and do lots of parades. They're definitely not a junior corps, though.
C.Holland
They're definitely not a junior corps, though. my mistake. i met that group at a show last year, or two years ago. didn't see anyone I thought was over 21. lots of scholarships for youth members. so I thought they were a jr corps. BRASSO
The Saint's Brigade Drum & Bugle Corps from Port Chester, NY is a Junior Corps that has been in existence for the last decade or so, and has opted not to become a member of DCI. http://www.saintsbrigade.org/ Edited July 15, 2016 by BRASSO
BRASSO
. There are a couple high school corps. The Northport H.S. in Florida had a " Drum & Bugle Corps". This was maybe 5-6 years back. They may still be in existence, but someone else would have to tell us, as I'm not 100% certain. Edited July 15, 2016 by BRASSO

Northern Thunder
The Northport H.S. in Florida had a " Drum & Bugle Corps". This was maybe 5-6 years back. They may still be in existence, but someone else would have to tell us, as I'm not 100% certain. The Northport Alliance has been active every year going back to 2001. They still perform at Florida marching band contests in the fall.
Kamarag
true. but there's no rule in DCA about age limits. Of course. It's self-imposed, and waived when they feel like it. Clearly my attempt at a joke failed. I honestly don't care what they do, though reading the DCA forums tells you some people get downright angry about it.
