This might be an important point over the next 6 days: These two issues may cause some corps not to be able to perform in BA, Denton, Round Rock, Houston, etc.

i remember when i collapsed, i wasn't right for a couple of weeks. not to mention delaying water breaks during rehearsals. Marching Members and parents would not let that fly today, and thats a good thing.

I'm with you...just because we marched on fields with a surface temp of 150 degrees doesn't mean it was the smartest move.

Im not a mega honk for anyone for anyone (I like everyone), however if BD doesn;t have some enhancements in for BA I thik it'll be 1) Crown 2) BD 3) BAC 4) Bluecoats 5) Vanguard 6) Blue Stars 7) Cavaliers 8 ) Blue Knights I also think Bluecoats can be as high as 2nd as well. That new ending is really good

One show i Was at in Madison in 1995, the field temp was like 150+...i passed out after the final cut off. And i remember DeKalb that year as well...ugh

BOA will have their steaming website up closer to season start, theydid last year. They did have a whole season option last year (boalive.tv)

TBH, the only issue I has was during the East Coast Classic when the director couldnt agree on a camera...i think i got vertigo with all of the Camera switching. Otherwise the quality has been really good, especially on my Apple TV device. My beef has been with the commercials that pop up in the middle of performances when launching the app, annoying directed commercial (i mean as much as I pay, i shouldn't be seeing commercials), and the fact that they took away rewinding from the Apple TV app. And of course the copyright stuff that annoying AF.

Flo does not stream BOA, only US Bands. Box5 Media streams BOA now, as well as DCA

My tablet streamed the rebroadcast flawlessly. My only beef is that I pay good money and I have to get blasted by commercials. including an add for a very contentious primary election in my area.

I love The use of Moon River, and it’s gonna sizzle by finals night, but every time they hit the ballad I chuckle, why?

I will continue to shout this from every mountain top...this will never get better unless there is a compliance officer on tour w/ every corps. Someone who isnt afraid to be the bad guy (to staff and senior MM's) and tell corps admins of any abuse issues...no matter how trivial. Also with the power to file complaints to DCI member safety and, if necessary, engage LEO's when needed. One of the skills needed is the ability to see if something is wrong, use judgement. Also provide regular reports to senior admins and management. I know there are those that think this is an unrealistic step, but its something...what is in place clearly is not working properly.

The more I listen to BD 2022 the more it feels a lot like BD 2016 (as dreams are made on) and i loved that one...I'm probably the only one that feels that way. I look forward to regionals season when we get blessed with everyone at the same show.

The individual musical selections I enjoyed, And the execution is top class, but the transition from one movement to the other still feels choppy. I assume they will fix that
