When my dad, Gorman, and I were coming back from Cru rehearsal, I woke up and saw a TOTAL white-out!!! I didn't even know we were in Oswego until I saw Big M!!

I missed Grennies! I'm glad they're back!!!! especially cause I can see Adam again!!!

I'm not just saying this because this is the corps that I'm in.....I'd have to say Cru! But my best friend (who marches with White Sabers) & I are OBSESSED with the Cabs' pants!!!!

I hope you guys have a great turn-out!!!! ...and maybe Fusion & Cru will meet up again! I say instead of a drum sauna session....we should do a mello party(might screw up the horn though.....eh maybe a shower party with bathing suits!! lol.)

Because Cru didn't have a show this weekend.....I went down to Kingston with my best friend(who's in Sabers' guard). I met the new drummers and they're doing pretty well for them only being there for like 2-3 weeks. The center snare has been there longer...so he knows the music. The new drummers are learning the music, but also..one of the snare drummers has a problem with his wrist and has to wrap both of them. :sshh: During the performance I noticed that the tempos started to get a little crazy.....so something had to be wrong! Also, if none of you fans that were @ the show heard....the drum major blacked-out after he got off the field!!! :( Even though the show wasn't "all that"....you should have seen them rehearse & the run-through was amazing! B)

haha oh god I remember our drummers running out of the locker room all sweaty asking the Fusion Core drummers to join them for a naked drum rehearsal!!! believe me....haha that was the talk of the night & the bus ride home!

I have to say, after about an 8hr ride home from VA....I'm pretty darn sore!!!! :P even though I was on the field, I did catch MCL's show. I relle like the sound you guys have & the drumline is pretty sweet I must say! Best wishes for them in the future shows!! ^_^ when they announced scores it went by so quickly, pretty much everyone left & the corps were still playing off the field!! haha then when mostly everyone in the crowd left, they announced that we(Cru) were doing a "victory standstill", they all came back!! Even though the crowd was small...it was pretty amazing performing for them!! I wish we could stay in VA longer cause it's been raining like everyday in upstate NY & the weather in VA was majorly sunny and steaming HOT!!!

Even though this was only last year.... :) I didn't even want to do drum corps @ all! I told my family that I would be the only one that wouldn't be in it!! Well it's a good thing I went to rehearsal that one day cause I love it ....so the 1st show last year I was in guard with the White Sabers. It was @ the Rochester Show & I was about to have an asthma attack, I was THAT scared! Of course I was excited afterwards, but I pretty much sucked & forgot most of the flag work!!
