I agree with you on Crown's uniform. It makes them look really unique. That, combined with this year's show really made them stand out in my mind. I respect your opinion when you state that they marched with the stature of Cadets of the 80s. I hope they continue to produce shows of the caliber the produced this previous year. The show really stood out and has given me a new found respect for the organization. It is good to see another corps from the east coast that is among the elite. It made this year really good in my opinion because there were two corps from Cali, three corps from the midwest, and two corps from the East all battling it out. And that, I think, is what makes drum corps worth watching. So good luck to you Crown next year. I am really looking forward to seeing the show on the DVD and I look forward to see what new ideas you bring to the field next year.

I'll go talk to a scientist about whether or not I have perfect pitch. I think if I can hear a note in basically everything from an air conditioner tone to a trumpet then that may mean I have perfect pitch. But I'll have to keep testing it even though I've been able to do it since I was about six years old.

Cadets 2006 was kinda hard to take in, but Cadets 2005, rediculous? I don't think so. And it sucks you didn't stay to watch the Cadets show in MD. You missed a really good show. Ahh well, there's always the finals video.

Haha...yeah i've taken a break from this. Can't find anything really interesting to talk about now that the season's over (until I found this article on yahoo). I'll probably log on once or twice a month just so I don't forget my username and password.

Ahh well. It may be a myth, but if it is, I am not sure why everyone doesn't have it if it is such a myth. When I marched Cadets, other people couldn't do it so I am not sure how to explain it.

No sense in pouring salt in the wound... ...and I am failing to see why you'd want pictures of the incident if you thought he was so unprofessional about it... ...and that blog just shows everyone that he does admit to his mistakes... ...contrary to popular belief...

It's fine, I am done trying to make my point, even though he made it for me and I am not going to break it down to elementary school level for him either. It seems he doesn't have the mental capacity to look past his bias against Hoppy to examine his own writing. Other people seem to have gotten it except him so my point has been clearly made. So what's your excuse then? You talk so much about GH making an ### of himself, but I am willing to bet that he has done more to help this activity than you have probably done for whatever orgazation of which you are apart. And spare me the "I booed George Hopkins and not The Cadets" argument. GH is The Cadets, so you booed The Cadets.
