  1. You really want to get into a conversation about lame? How about, "THE BEATLE-FIGHTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No? Anybody? Okay..."
  2. The Brassman Alumni Corps rehearses literally like three blocks from my house in a VFW hall. Me and my friends go there sometimes and hang out and watch. Coolest guys ever. Also, John Oddo is my high school drumline's caption head. I know that Brassmen have never marched DCI, but I have those pictures up because I support those groups.
  3. Carolina Crown had my number one favorite show this year. But, if there was one thing about Finis that I did not like, it had to be the guard uniforms. They were not good looking at all. I also did not like Blue Devil's cape things. It's a cool concept, but when actually applied to performance, I thought of them distracting and unpractical. And SCV's uniform change did not do it for me. I liked the uniform more with the full red jackets rather than the "half red half black" jacket look.
  4. A new breakthrough in uniforms: nobody wears the same thing as another person on the field. That way, everybody is uniform in their own special way.
  5. Umm...silly question but, why can't we just jog regularly without the contraption under us?
  6. I went there today and had a good time. Love the staff line up! See you on December 14th!
  7. When a Man Loves a Woman. And also, Madison Scouts '76- Stars And Stripes Forever
  8. This is pretty exciting. I'm from Division Avenue on Long Island and Copiague competes in our circuit, though they are in a larger division than us.
  9. "Heartbreakers Drum & Bugle Corps" is one of my ideas.
  10. Can anybody tell me the titles of the Syracuse Brigadiers' shows from years 1999-2003?
  11. I got level 5, 1153. Man, that was a work out for the index fingers.
  12. I think the military aspects of drum corps are a great way to promote confidence, camaraderie, and discipline. Reguardless of how old the corps is and what the roots are. I don't find them strange at all.
