Good to see you have a sense of humour about it. We know GOD does.... just look at the bunch down here!

Catholic or Catholic Lite........................ "fairly" universal?

If noone knows the answer to this question, for each corps, then there is a real issue. The fact that '84 may not know, or Boo may not know or I may not know, is really academic. The folks in corps management, volunteers of the corps and members in the corps need an idea of this. Succession planning is a critical component of any organization's success and takes years of planning/preparation, in many cases, to be successfully implemented. And a director's job in this activity is tough. Having said that, we are talkiing about some of the most successful (placement/consistency wise) in the activity. Regardless, some of these tenures are looooooooooooooooooooong. Oh yea, I think Roman is on his 2nd hat ........................finally!!!!!

You got it!!!!! I gotta figure out some of this formating stuff

Massive wipeout by CC at 3:10 into the show Popcorn vendor strikes again.......... Cadets falter Bluecoats score a knockout! WHERE'S ADRIENNE!!!!!!!!

Not the best response after stating the above. Relying on a post is a little too far from the "due diligence" you stated earlier. Excellent points BTW. More parents (or would be parents) need to take an active approach........regardless of their faith. edit - Hey Troon - the formatting of that reply didn't come out the way I wanted it. Please read carefully!

Only if I get to march overage.... really overage!! Bring on La Fiesta... I'd last 64 counts (at best).. unless it was that lead soprano "park and blow" part.... then 128 counts!!!!

Hey '84 I like you man, right to the source; Mr. Fowler. I hadn't heard that perspective either. I have searched and searched for a copy of that show for a while now to no avail. It was an unusual audience response that night to a great drill move that usually had them on their feet and throwing babies (as Cesario would say). Great show otherwise and well deserving of that perfect GE result IMNSHO!

I first said it in 2000 on RAMD,

Does this organization have the financial wherewithal to finish the journey to the top? Simply asking, I know nothing about the support base or management of this fine corps. -

I know what mean. That's why you need to step back and simply appreciate the effort of the performers. This is a tough, tough activity. Not only do "we", as anaudience, demand more complexity and entertainment. We demand this while corps are travelling more and rehearsing in "productive/concentrated durations" less

The Ventures .... at least 4 each year!!

Touche!!!!!! BTW Fallon isn't thinskinned one word!!!

Spoiled how?

I don't think that is the way that comment was intended - but then again it is DCP. The activity has definitely been moved, by designers, to be more cerebral and illicit less of the visceral responses. Tough to blame the audiences!?

Group 5 here too.

I owe you a dollar. Most people don't that.. but I guess you can't get anything past a melon man!
