Very strong show from Crown last night, this corps is much stronger than last year. After seeing them with Bloo & Boston, Crown is in a very good spot. It's going to be a battle for top 3 and Crown is right there to claim a top 3 spot. Can't wait to see how this show will grow stronger through the summer, it's going to be fun to watch.

Very disappointing but the percussion was very strong. They are going to have to work their a##es off to get this show to grab you and pull you in.

I have now seen the show a few times from video and this show is definitely better than last year. The opener is Awesome, the middle part is good for me now (lets see what changes they make) and the Closer will be great. However, the guard doesn't really stand out to me and the visual is better than last year but I don't really see anything new/exciting in the visual design. They will be fine musically but the question is how will they do (score wise) in GE & Visual captions. Can't wait to see this show live in person, but I have to wait until Allentown 😞.

I hope so. Hopefully this was just a year when they were off their game. The guard needs to improve (no surprise there) and I would to like see a new visual head ( I might be in the minority on that). Jeff's writing is like day old bread that's getting stale as there was nothing visually stimulating or exciting in the show (IMO). Musically they are fine and I think most Crown fans will agree on that (the brass last Saturday night was on their game, I thought they might win the Ott, but I was wrong). Also, maybe they need to change up their look a bit and go back to the cream unis/costumes and an improved show design from Rick is needed or they might start falling down the ranks to BAC, Cavs & Cadets who aren't that far behind them. Let's see what 2019 brings us Crown fans..

Crown was good but not great last night. I thought the brass & percussion were very good, they cleaned up a lot visually but I saw a lot of drops in the guard and the rope flags in the ballad were messy. I still think that crown takes the Ott trophy, their sound is just amazing and their control & balance is superb(IMO). The crowd seemed smaller than usual and was a little subdued last night but I think it was just due to a long day. I expect Crown to come out with more energy and a better performance tonight, I don’t think they can catch Blue Coats but I think they can close the gap. Crown is better or just as good as anyone in the top 3 musically but they are not there visually or design wise and that needs to change next year and I’ll give you my thoughts on that next week but for now I’m going to enjoy the last two nights of the BEAST!! ,

You are absolutely right. Hopefully the design and visual staff will learn from this and step up their show design and visual next year and seriously look at if any staff changes are needed, IMO.

Glad to see their score above 94. When I saw them in Allentown on Saturday night, I thought they lacked some energy so some floor time is much needed for them. I would like to see them above a 94 tonight and close to Blue Coats. Also, I think Thursday is key for them and need to come out with a really good performance.

In northeast Pennsylvania, Carbon and Monroe. Showers and thunderstorms containing heavy downpours will impact the region through this evening. This activity will become better organized in the early evening, and then will eventually weaken towards midnight tonight. While rainfall amounts area wide will generally average under one inch, locally heavy rainfall of 2 to 3 inches are possible where thunderstorms move over the same location. There will be a lull in the activity between around midnight or so tonight and Friday afternoon. For Friday afternoon through Friday night, another round of showers and thunderstorm producing heavy rainfall is expected. Therefore, the Flash Flood Watch has been extended through Saturday morning to cover the following round of activity.

The new ending is a little better but I was expecting something more exciting. The guard needs to clean,clean,clean, they are killing them visually. Drill looked cleaner..Brass & Percussion are Awesome. Can't wait to see the BEAST live in Allentown & Indy.
