I was referring specifically to the Cavies' 2001-03 brass books. That stuff was relatively easy compared to the brass books of the top shows we hear nowadays.

Agreed. I enjoy the other 3 corps in the top 5 this year, but their designs are a bit more traditional. Bluecoats and SCV have very cutting edge designs this year, setting them both apart for me in the top 5.

Petition to have the Colts do their 2016 show without any narration or singing! It's an absolute burden on the corps itself that works hard to present and perform this product.

Hopefully tonight's show will be the last time the Cadets have that placeholder ending. The long break leading up to Minneapolis should give them ample time to learn the drill for the new closer.

Unfortunately, some of the videos released via WGI Zone have been re-released with muted audio due to copyright claims. As much as I'd love to see something like what you described happen, I'm afraid similar copyright issues could happen to DCI through this format.

Looking back a the repertoire, I believe the piece BAC plays is "Take What is Ours!" by Brian Tyler. Looks like Tyler took some inspiration from the Dropkick Murphys on that one.

I like the Boston Pops show more than A Capitol Fourth. More focus on the musicians and less focus on bells and whistles.

Yeah, I do find it unusual that there is a show on the 4th. At least there should be a nice backdrop of fireworks in the show! ;)
