The shiny part of the uniform disappears into the field a little bit which creates weird effects-- not sure if I like it or not.

So many birds-- it's the shiny uniforms, I think.

Honestly, what I think of when I think of drum corps is power, strength. These Bluecoats uniforms do NOT radiate power or strength to me, at all. If I were a middle school or high school band student, and saw the Bluecoats in uniform, there is no way I could ever think "wow, those guys look cool, I wish I could join them". Just a thought.

It's honestly laughable to point at the military music program as a monetary drain. Take a look at the many disgustingly wasteful programs the military has invested in (as someone pointed out previously, the F-35 program) and you'll see that the money used for music is an absolutely miniscule fraction of the cost of these frivolous programs with no benefit.

I love the drill actually, just wish there was some more green on those uniforms.

Trombones are sounding awesome, but horn angles...

They sound great and their visual has that awesome Cavalier precision again from the early 2000s I think. Only thing is wish there was a lot more green on those uniforms.

I'd rather watch the Cavaliers show right now than this "podcast" thing.

Oh, I get that the warmup is different, I was just saying I was already planning to go pretty early. I just like watching the warmup to be able to listen to the corps up close.

I'll be at the NightBeat this summer and I'm planning to go nice and early already to watch warm-ups. So the corps are pretty open to fans coming up to talk to members or staff after/before shows?
