    I finally got around to watching the video from the concert in the park. They do sound good. I like the costumes. Iā€™m anxious to see them on the field. Best wishes for a successful season!

    It was a miracle that we made it on the field in 1978 and more of a miracle that we made finals. There were very few people who toughed out that winter and kept it going. I donā€™t think a lot of people know that. Iā€™ll take that as a win. It was certainly a character builder.

    It took me awhile for Animal Farm, too. The first time I saw it I was like WTF? This isnā€™t that out there but I need to see it on the field a few times. Iā€™m not quite there yet with it..

    2014 BD was the greatest drum corps show I ever saw. I saw them on that cow pasture field in Metamora and said ā€œainā€™t nobody beating thatā€.

    I donā€™t know, Poppy. Did you fall down and hit your head this morning? Even if you donā€™t like Bostonā€™s musical show, they are still really, really good. I donā€™t think the spread will be that wide. Bloo is still an unknown entity, even considering Bruckner8ā€™s competitive inertia theory.
