  1. You certainly have me intrigued. Thanks for giving us a report!
  2. I did last night. It was a drum corps radio kind of thing. Not what I was expecting.
  3. My team stinks but Iā€™m still a loyal Fighting Illini fan. šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø
  4. If I could post a photo on here, Iā€™d show you the flag in my garage. šŸ˜‚ and his officeā€¦
  5. Thatā€™s when the Buckeye fanaticism starts at my house.
  6. I finally got around to watching the video from the concert in the park. They do sound good. I like the costumes. Iā€™m anxious to see them on the field. Best wishes for a successful season!
  7. Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll warm up to it. I wonā€™t see anything in person until Indy. Edit: I already forgot that weā€™re going to the Cincinnati show 8/8. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø Old timerā€™s disease.
  8. It was a miracle that we made it on the field in 1978 and more of a miracle that we made finals. There were very few people who toughed out that winter and kept it going. I donā€™t think a lot of people know that. Iā€™ll take that as a win. It was certainly a character builder.
  9. It took me awhile for Animal Farm, too. The first time I saw it I was like WTF? This isnā€™t that out there but I need to see it on the field a few times. Iā€™m not quite there yet with it..
  10. I agree. When we made finals, I always felt like we won. Thatā€™s either really good or bad that I had such low expectations. Iā€™m not sure. šŸ¤”
  11. Iā€™ve decided Iā€™ll be Switzerland.
  12. Iā€™m an impartial observer. I like everyone.
  13. Iā€™m old enough to remember when he found the Lord. The Lord got ditched pretty quickly after he got off with a wrist slap. Funny how that happensā€¦šŸ¤”
  14. 2014 BD was the greatest drum corps show I ever saw. I saw them on that cow pasture field in Metamora and said ā€œainā€™t nobody beating thatā€.
  15. I donā€™t know, Poppy. Did you fall down and hit your head this morning? Even if you donā€™t like Bostonā€™s musical show, they are still really, really good. I donā€™t think the spread will be that wide. Bloo is still an unknown entity, even considering Bruckner8ā€™s competitive inertia theory.
  16. I wasnā€™t worried about that. I was more worried about the sneakers hanging over the high wire. We parked on the street and no one bothered us.šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø
  17. Jim was lucky. He was stationed in Beaufort, SC and then El Toro in Southern California.
  18. Indianapolis: itā€™s better than Rochester.
  19. Lol I stopped wearing heels about 15 years ago. Now that I live here, I go from flip flops to sneakers when I walk. And thatā€™s it.
  20. FYI you can throw the concert up on your tv with airplay.
