  1. After all that.... The crown is gonna lose their minds for them!
  2. Agreed. I hope to see some great reviews of all the corps. At least I hope so!
  3. I miss the in length reviews that people used to do. As a kid, I would love to read them in Drum Corps World and Drum Corps News, and they are a lot of fun here on DCP. Can some people do some longer reviews of the shows remaining for this season either from Flo or if you go live? Sincerely, Signed ... The 13 year old version of me.
  4. Stephen's name came up in conversation this morning, which made me google him and reminisce. I saw Stephen at a drum corps show in Lynn when I was with Crown (maybe 2010 or 2011). He asked me my name (I was already "fan-boying" him) and when I told him my name he said, "You were one of George's kids at Cadets! Mae talked about you all the time!" I didn't walk, but floated back to the RV that he knew my name. Stephen was an amazingly talented man. Probably not nearly as known as Zingali, but just as much a part of the fabric at Lancers and with many marching bands up and down the east coast!
  5. I never said or heard a bad word about Brian. Such a good guy.
  6. I thought Jay was in the HOF for years. WOW. Long long long overdue!!!!!
  7. The on field warm-up for the corps for many years.
  8. I hope you guys like this. Pat Petrillo actually marched in the Cadets before Bayonne, so "Once a Cadet, Always a Cadet!"

  10. BRASS HOUR WITH MOE LATOUR FROM 5-6P EST. Get on and watch... Get on and Give! https://fb.watch/50hDwh4IXb/
  11. Come watch the live video on FB. When you give, the corps unlocks other features. The brass playing a portion of the show is next.... GIVE! www.cadets.org/donate https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/?v=831724977554114&ref=notif&notif_id=1619024602417998&notif_t=live_video_explicit
  12. Good guy. Fierce competitor. Loved the activity. Glad I got to know him.
  13. I marched from 1981 to 1984 and my uniform was from the early 60's. It took about 8 safety pins to hold me together.... and a lot of baby powder when we went down south. But those unis were the thickest wool ever made for a uniform, not like the fabrics in the band uniform industry now.
