Listen I’m a lawyer who did criminal work. I’m not protecting GH at all. He’s a creep. What I’m stating these situations are hard to prove. What I’ve read is there is no active criminal investigation going on. Maybe that will change I have no idea. But don’t attrack me for stating that this is not any easy fix. From what I’ve read the DA has stated there is no investigation going on. From a legal point these cases are hard to prove especially if this happensed many many years ago.

Just to be clear GH has not been charged with any criminal wrongdoing or is he being investigated for any criminal act. So comparing this to the Penn St situation we’ll there is none. And because of that this will not be an easy out” for YEA. You look at the Harvey Weinstein thing which is more like this than Sandusky there are no charges against HW and maybe never will be. This is basically a civil legal matter.

That is what I was thinking. No doubt he's consulting attorneys about his next step and if was indeed fired whether he will or could file a lawsuit for wrongful termination. This could be a huge headache for the organization and a big expense for them if they do have to litigate this even for a settlement.

Who determined how much he was to be paid....what expense accounts he gets ect? Is this the norm for other corp directors? I think from news reports he was paid 177,000 a year which is a lot for Allentown. Plus expense accounts (phone, car). He had his hands, feet into every aspect of the Cadets and YEA with it seems to me without any supervision by the board who is suppose to be the ultimate in charge board. Not only that he was also the main person who determined what show they did. Lets see....he was a DICTATOR.

I really hope so. Looking forward for their trip out west. Maybe that is what they need...a trip out west to get away from the bad headlines. Cadets have been and hope will be a big presence in the drum corp activity. I just can't imagine the Cadets ever not being there. Yes GH has been the face of this organization for decades but changes are now in the works. I really hope for their well being and a promising future regardless of their placement. They have a long history way before GH was in charge.
