There was no way to avoid listening to the Cadets narration because it hit you over the head then smacked you in the face and was preachy, pretentious and inadvertently funny. Last time I checked drum corps was more entertaining in the mid '90s... Probably the best compliment you can give that show. I thought it was absolutely spectacular. 27Socal Posted August 13, 2007 Share Posted August 13, 2007 oh i remember that!! that was funnnyyyyy..hmm... though not really nice, like the others said.. some of the heckling comments towards the Cadet's narration was pretty funny... Hoppy or whoever probably changed the narration right after quarters because that first night.. during that one part where the guy was talking about being left out in high school... people were yelling out. "DON'T CRY EMO KID!!" but yeah.. they changed that line.... so no more yelling out that phrase during semis or finals... oh well.. they put the original lines back in for finals.
