The most underappreciated ballad of the past 10 years, imo. Some really beautiful solo work and great dynamics. Give it a listen. Other favorites: Phantom 79, 93, 06 BD 95, 03 Cadets 83, 93 SCV 98, 99, 00 Cavies 00 Star 89 (mostly because I just love Song Without Words no matter who does it).
