Some people have come to think that means squeezing every last drop of blood from consumers. Didn't you post that Arena Football League article on how they decided (as an entity) to keep prices low to not alienate their core? People also use the phrase "it's just business" to operate as poor human beings, but that's just my opinion. I choose to run my business a little different. DCI can do as it chooses, although technically it operates as a non-profit...so it's not a "typical" business.
