MN DCI Fan
Come on now. That's just insane. You can't have an ensemble like that with only one sitar.
bobchilds
Come on now. That's just insane. You can't have an ensemble like that with only one sitar. Well, it will be amplified so that it doesn't get swallowed up by the ensemble.
PhantomR
the idea of marching more than 16 mellos or tubas is a little absurd to me. ~>conner
Vanguard07
2 DMs and 1 extra conductor 72 Brass 20 Trumpets 14 Mellophones 12 Baritones 12 Euphoniums 14 Tubas 34 Percussion 9 Snares 5 Quads 5 Basses 5 Plates 12 Front Ensm. 35 Guard about half on weapons during various portions of the show. (and a handful of alternates) When I composer for drum corps brass ensemble I like to write for 3 trump., 2 mello., 2 Bari., 2 Euph., and 1 Tuba. That should explain why there are equal numbers of Baritones and Euphoniums. Edited March 12, 2008 by Vanguard07

Strongo
I Love Flugles My first marching experience was with a Flugel. LOVE. I have a beautiful Bobby Shew flugel of my own, than no matter how broke I get, I refuse to sell it.
