dciguy01 Posted April 14, 2008 Author Share Posted April 14, 2008 (edited) With all due respect, your choice to leave out 1990 was a bad idea. BD and Phantom tied for 4th AND 5th.BD's Tommy was the all-time best 5th place corps. And people should also be able to vote for BD/PR 1990 for FOURTH place as well. When two corps tie in score, they tie in placement (the higher of the two). There was no 5th place corps in 1990. Rest assured, both corps will be available in the 4th place poll.
