That year crown was Div 1 and placed 33ed (58.60) Dead last. I thought it was DCI South, but my research indicates there was no DCI South in 1979. Anyone agree with me that 1979 was the year Spirit beat BD? VKMello84 Posted July 25, 2008 Share Posted July 25, 2008 With Bridgemen, it is only going to be corps which began competing in Open Class (what the call World Class now) after 1984. As of 1984, there were not corps which they had not beaten. So, there needs to be some research to make up a definitive list. The same would be true of 27.
