kevingamin
I'm not getting any crowd reaction so far. Baris just nailed a feature, excellent tone and volume!
keyp
Amazing program so far. I can see this taking the title...
idontwan2know
I don't think anybody would find it easy to light up the crowd after MCL. They're a crowd favorite, without a doubt.
kevingamin
Where, with MCL, I accused them of not moving around enough, with Alliance, I have to call them on not utilizing the brass enough. This show is written for the drum line, which, mind you, is incredibly strong, but the balance of the show is about the drum line. Speaking of which, the drum line has ANOTHER feature as the horns and guard head back field. The feature ends like the show starts, with a solo drummer. keyp
Interesting because the show is really written and played well....just didn't connect with the audience.
I.R. Baritone
When I saw Alliance's show in Nashville, the music didn't really grab me. What got my attention was how well the hornline played the music and how much sound they put out. Like Memphis Sound last year. Really impressive for such a small group. CrunchyTenor
The feature ends like the show starts, with a solo drummer. You say that like it's a bad thing! Garry in Vegas
