Buick
I just got a new home theatre system with high end Denon receiver and Polk Audio speaker system. My test was the end of the opener for 1990 Star of Indiana. The test went well. I nearly went deaf. Geez that hornline and arrangement were incredible. What drum corps moment would you use to test your new home theatre? Before I even opened the thread I though Star 1990. Good choice! Also I would do.. 1986 Blue Devils 2007 or 2008 Crown studio recordings and 2007 BD's Studio recording 2007 Cadets opening hit and ending 1993 Star ending 1993 Blue Devils 2006-2008 Phantom Regiment 2008 Bluecoats ballad hit 1995 Madison and last but not least BD Studio recording of F Tuning

What drum corps moment would you use to test your new home theatre? I tested my surround system out with the recording BK did in Utah last Summer. Sounded just like it did when I was listening in the recording session. The lossless audio with zero compression is great for testing the limits. Shows that I like to crank and would add to the list would be: Magic 2003 Phantom 2001 Cadets 92/93 Crown 2004-present

Rawtv_JohnChristensen
Any 5.1 recording by BD, since they have been doing a "studio" recording since 2000. (Sad that no one else has done that much... I keep trying to convince other corps to do it)
