Really? It makes me happy to see so many auditioning for Spirit, Crossmen, and Surf! I hope all 3 corps have a lot of success on the field this season!

. But it should speak that EVERYBODY is having major camps here...EXCEPT Regiment. Uncanny.

Regiment has multiple percussion camps in Texas, as well as Move ins.

In fact, about 3/4's of the percussion section is from texas

Congrats! Now, if you want to make it to January, you should probably remove all that crap from your sig and stop broadcasting you are seeking membership.

You ever notice how you don't see many Cavaliers, Blue Devils, Regiment, Vanguard, etc. posting about their membership in the corps until after they age out? Hmm...

Auditioning for Spirit this weekend and going to callbacks for Boston in December.

I am flying from Buffalo to Atlanta for Spirit and from Buffalo to Tampa for Boston.

I will decide which is my first choice after visiting camps for each corps. But I can tell you right now that placement will have nothing to do with my choice.

I'm happy for those who are auditioning, don't get me wrong. It's just I won't be able to march at all.

Love the fact that Blooo is in Austin. Cavies in Houston. BD in D/FW. Crossmen in San Antonio. Now if we could get some more corps based here and more shows featuring these great groups. Oh well...with time maybe. Glad to know I can basically go see/hear a top 7 corps every weekend between now and Summer somewhere in the state!

I thought Bluecoats held their texas camps in Denton (near DFW), when did they move it to Austin?
