Holy Name Cadets - 75th. thats all there is to say 3. Crown - They have 16 Contras!!! 4. Phantom - GREAT Show for 2008. - Nothing will compare to it. 5. Blue Devils - Will not do so hot. 6. Cavies - Suffers From Staff Changes! 7. Bluecoats - Good Concept - Will Peak in July and end up loosing out. 8. SCV - Ballet For Martha - Overplayed Music and will have problems due to staff changes. 9. Surf - They Desrve to turn heads and make a statement 10. Madison - They Earned It 11. Cavies - Interested to see how the new designers work out 4. Cadets - Sounds like they will have a great old school drum corps show 5. Crown - This will probably be the strongest top five ever 6. Bluecoats - Another great year for them 7. Blue Stars - Continue to Climb 8. SCV - switching spots with Blue Stars 9. Madison - Ramiro Barerra works his magic 10. Boston - Comes out strong, fades later in the season. 11. Crossmen - Solidly in Finals 12. BK - Time to make some changes for them. 13. Glassmen - Misses finals.... barely 14. Troopers - Great drums & brass, guard keeps them out of finals 15. Colts - late start hurts 16. Spirit - Kansas 17. Academy - Better show than last year 18. PC - Getting tougher to make top 17 19. Jersey Surf - Welcome to WC. Nothing wrong with placing here the first year out. Top 17 will be a tough bunch. 20. Mandarins - Better than last year, but so is everyone else 21.
