We had to run to the sidline, "gush" as much as we could and run back. took about 1 minute. It wasnt a "break," the running made it not worth it to me, but it kept us hydrated. Adidas pants and Corps jacket, since when the AC on the bus wanted to work at night, it usually REALLY worked. Suncreen (SPF 45 or better preferably) Aloe with Lidocaine Surge Protector (the more outlets on it the better) Gatorade mix and a bike bottle for post-show hydration on the bus Tylenol and Icy Hot If you have knee, ankle, whatever problems and you have a brace, bring an extra brace if you can.
