glory
Madison Scouts - MacArthur Park... I get chills just at the prospect that MacArthur Park might be played again. Love that tune. So much texture. The brass can swing and soar. (Don't tell anyone, but I even love the Donna Summer disco version.) Adding to the list, I want to heard BD do Ya Gotta Try. I'd also like to hear someone (Bluecoats?) take on Artistry in Rhythm (and/or its many variations). HH
va9590jm
Holy Name Cadets - Maria and Somewhere Well, you'll be getting that wish granted this summer probably, won't you?
Captncontra
Hands down: Blue Devils - Bird and Bela in B Flat My favorite BD show of all time. My only fear is that Downey would hack it all up like hes been doing to everything for years now.
BonesCBass
Blue Devils: Channel One Suite (the full version), Bird and Bela in Bb, Cadets and Seattle Cascades: Prelude, Fugue, and Riffs Spirit: The Devil Went Down To Georgia (and not as a drum solo:) ) Madison Scouts: Mc Arthur Park, Strawberry Soup Phantom Regiment: New World Symphony, Night on Bald Mountain
Dale Bari
I'd also like to hear someone (Bluecoats?) take on Artistry in Rhythm (and/or its many variations). HH Well, then, we could add "Artistry" and "Russian Christmas Music" to a "Redux Wish List" for Crossmen. But, then again, I think we could file this thread with wishes for World Peace and Elvis to be reincarnated. I think it's time to watch my Legacy DVDs again.
