Mick Krackin'
The Reading Buccaneers were hard at work this past weekend at Buc Field and the Greater Reading Expo Center. The design team had some final effects to add to Demons & Angels and the corps members pushed themselves to take those last few steps toward MAXING OUT the 2009 edition of the Reading Buccaneers. There is definitely a high-energy vibe in the air as the corps approaches BIG SOUNDS IN MOTION on Saturday, August 29 at Albright College in Reading, PA. This is always a special show for the corps, as they get the chance to perform for their friends and family. This is always a great send-off to DCA Championship Weekend. The Buccaneers are eager to give their fans the best show of the season so far at BIG SOUNDS. Be sure to be there!

TomMoore
Big Sounds, along with Friends & Family Day to precede the first show of the season, are perfect bookends to the Buccaneers' season. For so many of our alumni, families and friends, they haven't seen Demons & Angels since just before the first competition. It's always a real blast to see them and share their excitement about just how much the corps has improved over the course of the summer. Be part of the excitement and join us! David Hobart
Looking forward to having you and the Cabs with us, Alan! Funnel cake is one of the four food groups in our neck of the woods (along with potato filling, gravy and pretzels). Exeter HS music boosters will be running the concession stand at the show, so we encourage folks to come to the show hungry and support local music education while you satisfy your hunger! Alan, why don't you and I share a funnel cake? Tom will buy!

amysnook
Alan, why don't you and I share a funnel cake? Tom will buy! Sorry, Alan and Dave. Big Sounds hasn't had funnel cakes since 2002. However, the Exeter Music Association will be providing plenty of good eats. The same heroes who, in 2007, saw an opportunity and lugged drinks over to the opposite end of the stadium during the lightning storm at Albright to serve many thirsty, hot spectators. Don't forget: avoid long lines in the evening and stop by the stadium beginning at 10:00 a.m. Saturday to buy your tickets. Can't wait to see you all!
