Corps and DCI will have to work very hard to stay on good terms with schools, find new ones to replace dropouts, to keep a viable network of housing sites, so corps aren't having to commute from adjacent states Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Though short term revenues would remain pretty flat, you've suddenly increased active engagement by 20-30%.
