Although Crown makes quarter step adjustments after San Antonio, usually. so if the whole form is half a step to the left, the guy who knows his dots the best will only move a quarter step that way? It was inspired by this: Yes, that's me, and yes I'm on my dot. The thing is, the way that form developed, the only guide point I had was the person on my left. All I could do was maintain the correct spacing, and hope that the others in the diagonal did the same. Oh, and it's not the same form as the shirt, it's something a bit more abstract.
