perc2100
goes to the printer i believe. i dont think it will be up tonight, but I'm sure DCW will have site traffic tonight and for the next few days like never before Good for them, huh? Stir up the pot, generate site traffic, remind people (like me) who don't normally visit their site that they're around and provide a valuable service. Not a bad thing they'll have going for a little while, at least...
Jeff Ream
We heard from a personal facebook (or twitter?) update that something was happening. That's it. Nearly everything in here is wild and unsubstantiated rumor. There have been PLENTY of "rumors" pulled from DCP with far more validity than stuff being thrown about here.I honestly don't care that much, and at this point we're both arguing semantics. I just wanted to point out that DCP is letting the rumor mill run rampant this time, and other times they don't. I understand judgement calls and what not, and I don't have a problem with this thread going on (though it very well might be stirring up the pot for not real reason, since there is at the time of this post no verification of ANY rumors stated in this and other threads). Just pointed out the obvious. FWIW, though, there doesn't appear to be any guideline/policy against posting potential rumors. According to the Guidelines: there's been some wild speculation yes. but there's been a lot of stuff confirmed by multiple sources that have seen the light of day too. bawker
So Bob Barker isnt dead? Not yet, although rumor has it that Wink Martindale from "Tic Tac Dough", Chuck Woolery from "Scrabble", Jim Perry from "Sale of the Century", Pat Sajak from "Wheel of Fortune", Alex Trebek from "Jeopardy!", John Davidson from "Hollywood Squares" and Bob Eubanks from "Card Sharks" are planning some sort of attack against him. They call themselves the G7.

Flipping around during intermission of Flyers/Canadians and some of them were on Game Show Network. Supposedly Wink, Bob, Monty Hall (he's still with us?) and Peter Marshall (old Hollywood Squares) were doing the new version of the Newlywed Game. But now we know the real story....
