In seattle, it'll be 77. 4 hours sounds like the Quincy/Wenatchee area...lots of big data centers in the area...perhaps hosting this very site??? Maybe Lance is someone we should watch out for... Used to live in Port Angeles, which is right down the road from Forks. I think it was even mentioned in that stupid book. And the main thing you see in Forks is actually an illegal green plant.
